Almin Kassamali is the Director of Marketing at Wide Effect and the President of StyleLabs Inc., Wide Effect's Marketing Company of Record. Over the past 11 years, Almin has strategically developed and positioned Stylelabs into one of Canada's top full service Marketing, Strategy and Technology Companies. Almin brings to Wide Effect experience from over 500 campaigns across North America yielding first page Google rankings to over 90% of his portfolio and organic search revenue of over $200 million dollars.  His role at Wide Effect includes development of online hiring communities, implementing social recruitment methodologies and digitizing sales, onboarding and placement through the application of Artifical Intelligence. 

Almin has studied Qualitative Market Research at a Master's Level with concentations in User Experience, Consumer Triggers / Behaviour and the development of Online Communities. As a qualitative researcher Almin has designed and moderated over 250 campaigns and 500 groups (online and in facility) for start-ups, advertising agencies and research sponsors like WestJet, SMART technologies, CBC, Pfizer, Eli Lilly and the South Asian Broadcasting Corporation.  Almin has facilitated Focus Groups on National TV for CBC's The Big Decision, led research and strategy initiatives for three CRTC radio licensing applications and has received multiple nominations for Avenue Magazine's Top 40 under 40.
